RFQ Details

I'd like to purchase following wafers with long term contract basis.

1)Semiconductor/IC grade (9N) : 8 inch & 12 inch
2)Bare one is required, but some coated one/patterned one is acceptable
3)Res. : any P type/or N type is ok : over 0.5 ohm
4)Pre-Inspection : needed
5)Sample order : possible
6)test, reclaimed, broken wafer, top & tail is acceptable
7)Volume : over 5, 000 kgs / month


FYR, our buying price could be matched with your asking price(my buying budget is over several million US Dollars per order)
The most important thing is a q'ty & specification of materials & credible materials.
