The MSDS shows the active ingredient is HSCM, but exactly what is that?
As disclosed on the MSDS, HSCM is an abbreviation for Human Stem Cell Conditioned Media. A supplementary meaning of this is "Human Stem Cell Conditioned Media Extract which are created and secreted proteins during the culture of Stem Cells derived from the Human Umbilical Cord Blood.
HCSM is an officially listed cosmetic ingredient name for CMSP (see below), classified and registered by the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC).
