Commodity: Refined Sunflower Oil

Specifications: chemical and physical specifications.
The specifications of the refined sun flower oil supplied by the seller are as follows:
- The physical test:

product must have its smell and taste, free from radioactive/any strange
taste/smell.
product should be clear, free from foreign matters.
product should be free from any oil/animal fats
product should be free from any solvents used during extraction.
- The chemical test:

unsaponifible matter %1.5 % Max.
Peroxide value Max 10 mequivalent / Kg oil
Acidity (mg KOH / gm oil) Crude Oil 4
Non-Crude Oil 0.6
Coloring materials: allowed to be added.
Beta carotene: according to the good manufacturing products.
ANATO: according to the good manufacturing products.


CURCUMINE: according to good manufacturing products.
Flavors: allowed to add natural flavors or the artificial flavors that are used
internationally.
Anti - oxidants.
BHT, 200mg/Kg individually or mixed
