My name is Daniela and Im writing you from Spain, I speak a bit of chinese as I have been studying the language a little, but only simple conversational level. I am looking for a company interested in purchasing an good performing enterprise located in mainland Spain which manufactures / provides different types of steel scaffolding, shores, towers and stairs, hoists etc. and other materials / structures for construction purposes to distributors located in each region of Spain, those are large warehouses, that in turn redistribute / rent or provide assembly services of these products to final clients. The distributors / warehouses buy the material they order from the main company. Normally the material is served between 48 to 72hrs from order to all locations in Spain. The enterprise has clients also in South America, as Mexico, Peru etc. with a turnover of tens of millions of Eur every year. Despite its good performance, owners want to sell as are advanced in age and retired. The enterprise occupies an area of 5000m2 aprox and is complete, containing offices / heating system etc. The interesting aspect of purchasing the enterprise is that you will take ownership of the licences to fabricate materials EU approved and able to supply to numerous western clients.
