To Whom It May Concern:

Greetings. I need to purchase the following items in large quantities by mid-November. I am only interested in working with factories and/or their sole distributors and representatives. Because most of my clients are educational institutions around the world, some may be interested in placing their logo in some of the articles listed. I am not particularly interested in any particular brand of product, the quality of the product and its price is much more important to me and my clients. Please feel free to include in your offered price list any price, description and pictures of other articles that you have available and feel may benefit my clients. I hope I made your work easier by including an attachment with blanks you can fill with the information I need to make the best decision. I will present my purchase order proposal to an executive board for approval on the last week of October. I appreciate your prompt response that will allow me with enough time to evaluate your price lists and proposals more thoroughly.
Please note that I have included blanks for different quantities. If possible, include how many items per carton, bail or palette, 40 and 53 container and unit price in those quantities. Shipping may be discussed upon product and price approval.
