RFQ Details

I am in search of scrap art papers such as watercolor, vellum, printmaking papers that are archival and preferably not wood-based papers. The best art papers are 100% cotton rag, and many of them are made in European countries such as Italy and France. I know that paper manufacturers have a lot of waste because they cannot sell odd-sized remnants. I am looking to buy these scraps.

also, if you have scrap fashion fabrics made of natural fibers, I would like to buy these too. I am not interested in upholstery fabrics or anything of that heavier weight. strictly fashion or quilting fabrics.
