dear sir,

wants to source on long term basis the hms 1 and 2 material
qty about 25000 mt plus

also used rail track and other steel scraps needed qty could be in the range of 10000 to 25000 t

both products needed and contracted for depending on prices terms etc

we hv rolling mills and hv large capacity to convert /process

pl offer larger volumes also .

main factor is pricing and lc would be opened

sgs /third party lab will certify goods at loadingport

we should be authorise to inspect the goods at port of loading
after the contract is entered into since we hv many offices in many countries
