Searching for Underwear elastic band

We are intersted injacquard elastic waistband for mens underwear.
We want to know do you have elastic waistband which follows required features (2 types of waistband):
a) width - 3 cm! extensibility in the length in the range of 1.7 - 2.2 times, the density in the range of 18-23 g / m, colors (black, light gray, dark blue) and two-color (with logo, stripes, or geometric elements)
b) width - 2 cm! extensibility in the length in the range of 1.7 - 2.2 times, the density in the range of 12-16 g / m, colors (black, light gray, dark blue) and two-color (with logo, stripes, or geometric elements)
If you have such waistband we want to know the price for 1 meter.
We need 30 000-50 000 metres per month.
