RFQ Details

We are actively looking to purchase a pre-owned or used modular oil refinery with a processing capacity ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 barrels per day (BPD). The refinery should be modular in design, allowing for efficient transportation, installation, and operation.

Our primary focus is on a refinery optimized for diesel production as the main output, with additional product capabilities being an added advantage. The unit should be in good operational condition, with all key processing components intact, including distillation units, hydrotreating (if available), and necessary supporting infrastructure.

Crude Oil Compatibility
The crude oil specifications will be determined based on the refinery̢۪s existing processing capabilities. However, we primarily seek a unit that can process crude with an API gravity of 25 and above.

Key Requirements:
