Structure:

Shell and tube heat exchanger constituted by channel, shell, tube bundle and other main components, channel is core of shell and tube heat exchanger, and as heat conducting element, heat change tube decide thermal performance of heat exchanger equipment. Another basic element rod baffle greatly influence heat exchanger thermal performance. Channel and shell mainly decide loading capacity and safety and reliability operation.


Work principle
Shell and tube heat exchanger belongs to dividing wall type heat exchanger, its fluids channel in heat exchange tube is tube side, and fluids outside tube is shell side. When different temperature fluids get through tube tube side and shell side, fluids with higher temperature pass heat to fluids with lower temperature through heat exchanger tube wall, and the higher temperature fluids will be cooled, while lower one will be heated, and then reach the technology purpose of realizing two fluids heat exchange.
