Ningbo Xinfa Shipping Services Co., Ltd (Xinfa) based in Ningbo was established in 1996 to focus on ship's sludge collection, ship's waste recycling and tank cleaning as well as emergency clean up service for oil spill at sea.

Now in Ningbo we have more than 50 employees, and three sludge barges with capacity 250 m3, 550 m3 and 1100 m3, ten sludge trucks with capacity 20-40 m3 and four oil tankers with total capacity 28, 000 m3. One more thing is we have good relationship with Local MSA and shipping agents.
