Resistivity > 0.5 ohm-cm for P type, > 1.0 ohm-cm for N type.
Thickness: >0.6 mm.
Purity: 6N & up.
Surface: bare, polish
Amount of broken wafer in a deal: 1,000 Kgs. & up.( more is welcomed)

2.unbroken wafer.
