We’re interested in manufacturing a set of interchangeable, food-safe silicone utensil heads attached to a wooden handle and would love to get more details on pricing and bulk order options.
I’ve attached a photo of the proposed dimensions and design of the product.
Pricing Inquiry:
Five utensil heads â€" Spoon, whisk, slotted spatula, ladle, and pasta server
Seven utensil heads â€" Including the above, plus a slotted spoon and a mixing spatula
Could you also provide details on bulk pricing for 500 units vs. 1,000 units vs. 2,000 units?
Product Requirements:
Interchangeable design â€" The utensil heads should securely attach and detach from a wooden handle using a screw-like mechanism (as shown in the attached photo). Each head should be able to be screwed on and secured within 2-3 turns, ensuring a stable and secure fit during use.
Heat-resistant to industry standards (minimum -40°C to 220°C, preferably higher).
Durable and high-quality for long-term kitchen use:
Resistant to tearing, bending, or breaking under normal kitchen use.
Able to withstand repeated dishwasher cycles without losing shape or texture.
Strong enough to handle stirring thick mixtures or scraping surfaces without damage.
CFIA-approved (ensure that it meets Canadian food safety standards).We are looking for suppliers who can help us avoid U.S. tariffs, so we are hoping to find overseas factories that can support production and shipping.
