Buyer Information

RFQ Details

We need to buy SILICON WAFERS. Minimum quantity required is 8.5tons per month. Below is the three items that we need and if possible to supply even one of these, please inform me ASAP.


If you can supply one of the below mentioned, pleased try and send us a lab report to proceed with the shipment negotiations.

A. Solar grade polysilicon

1. Base description : Si 6N (99.9999%)
2. Boron doped : = 0.20ppba
3. P.phospherus doped: = 0.90 ppba
4. Metal doped:= 30.00 ppba
5. Metal surfce doped:= 30.00 ppba
6. Length : 25-250 mm
7. Type: P type
8. Resistivity:>0.50 ohmcm

OR

B. Broken semiconductor silicon wafer

1. Base description : Si 6N (99.9999?)
2. Size: Diameter >= 50 mm
3. Thickness: > 400
4. Type: P type
5. Resisfivity: >0.50 ohmcn

OR

C. C grade materials ( cut off of the tip, tail and around )

1. Base description : Si 6N (99.9999?)
2. Washing-free is the better
3. Type: N-type resitivity>10 ohcm?P-type resitivity > 0.5 ohcm
4. Without infusible substances and air bubbles
5. Oxygen content: <= 100 ppma
6. Carbon content: <= 5 ppma

Once again, I would like to remind you that this is the specification for which we need and we need one of the above from A or B or C.

And also it should be Si-N6.

We expect your best offer fo 8.5 tones per month for 18 months. Please recalculate the price also per metric tone!
