2. Vacuum absorbable style transmitting cardboard equipment.
3. Upper-lower corrugated roller seat and whole machine are designed separately, this can be changed suspending in whole set, shorten the time of exchanging roller.
4. The gelatinizing parts and upper roller are designed to groups guide orbit slide movement remove and installation, this is a convenient shortcut.
5. The upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and gelatinizing roller adopt pneumatic
control.
6. Gimbal transmission, fission structure unattached drive box, transmission more stable, close style gear transmission oiliness lubricated, improves using longevity of speed-down box.
7. Corrugated, pressure roller axletree adopts high temperature resistant lube.
8. Adopt electromotion paste insulation set, the gelatinizing parts circle separately while the mainframe stopped, prevent paste from drying up.
9. Flute profiles :A,B,C,E etc. available discretionarily.
10. The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 42CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC55-62,the surface are whetted and plating chrome.
