RFQ Details

Sir,
send an offer for 100 Watt power supply each to individual home ( say for 1000 to 5000 Nos.) at remote area . We shall try to implement this offer through local departments or NGOs working here at no loss no profit basis.
You are to quote FOB and C&F(Chittagong) price. You will pay us only 2 percent agency commission.
If we get work order then
You are to train up required number of technicians to install and commission the solar system in our country by sending your people.
when preparing the unsolicited offer you should include all of these and describe in detailed how the project would be helpful and contribute to the countries economy and environment.
Life time of the project and the minimum obtainable energy(KWh) from the project are to be highlighted.
There should be a guaranty for the maintenance and spare parts over the period of life of the plant

Also, make another offer for 5KW to 20KW similarly which we will try to sell to our client of the city area.

Catalogues and data sheets in MSWord, photograpf etc . should be accompanied with the offer.

You know World Bank and ADB are financing in such project.

With offer you are to give us authorization to sell and present your firm here leagally in your letter head pad.
