RFQ Details

We are looking to import low power 300w to 600w hybrid solar/wind combination power systems for the residential home market.

We seek easy to install units which can be affixed to various size poles which homeowners can purchase directly at their local supply store. Ideally, we seek hybrid solar/wind products which are self contained units including a built in ac-dc converter and are readily capable of being grid tied by the homeowner's local electrician.

Given various zoning requirements and restrictions the propellers for the wind blades cannot be too large. A quiet vertical tubular shaped wind system is preferred and the solar panels incorporated into the unit can be of different designs but cannot be too large or wide.

Conceptually, this product is to be viewed as a supplemental power system only and we only expect this type of solar/wind energy system to only provide 5% to 10% of a typical homeowners power requirements.
