Payment : Non transferable dlc at unloading port with buyer inspection.

1. seller issue price and specification
2. buyer issue LOI
3. seller issue soft offer
4. buyer issue ICPO
5. seller send sample & sgs report sellers cost to buyer
6. buyer confirm sample
7. seller issue FCO
8. buyer signed FCO
9. seller issue draft contract for year volume
10. buyer signed contract and return to seller
11. buyer issue purchase order and pre advise l/c for ***** volume by MT700
12. seller issue p-bond 2% for ***** value.
13. buyer l/c active
14. shipment commence
15. after arrived unloading port , buyer inspection.
16. payment from buyers bank to sellers bank.
17. buyer issue new ***** to seller.
