Dear Sirs,
We are a reputable international trading/producer company established more than 25 years. We have now have the inquiry below as a matter of URGENCY.
Please note that we are a Sole Mandate for this principal buyer:

Billet
Size: 150mm X150mm X 11.7mm and 125mm X 125mm
Spec: 5SP / PS (Ukraine Spec) or Q235 (Chins Spec)
Delivery: CFR /Bandar Anzali or Bandar Abbass - IRAN according to origin
Payment: By Irrevocable Letter of Credit to be Opened by First Class Iranian Bank and be Guaranteed by First Class European Bank
Quantity: 10.000 MT SPOT but can interested in yearly contract should the price be suitable
Terms: FOB of the country of origin but we appreciate if it can be quoted C+F as well.
