RFQ Details

New Northern Creameries of Arusha want to venture into the long shelf life milk processing. We are therefore looking for suppliers who would be able to assist us.
To enable you give us a detailed offer , here are some of the guide lines for the plant we are looking for;
i) milk transfer pump to pump the milk from the storage tanks into the sterilizer,
ii) sterilizer with a capacity of 2000Lt's per hour that is fully automatic with a user friendly program and soft touch ***** can either be tubular or phe type.
iii) homoginiser with capacity control depend ant on the number of packing machines in use at any particular time.
iv) deodorizer to remove any foul smell especially in case milk powder has to be used.
v) pouch filling machine that is twin head and is adjustable to fill 200ml or 500ml pouches and is fully aseptic. The initial supply of packing material should be assure ed up to when we can get a local supplier for the same. If however you are not able to supply this, we can source one from firm at your recommendation that will be compatible to the type of sterilizer you will be supp ling.
vi) a *****. system for cleaning the filling line, filing machine and storage tanks which is also fully automatic in terms of heating, concentration determination of cleaning reagents,
vii) the separator we are looking for is a self cleaning type to be fitted in the existing plant which has a capacity of 5000lts/hr. It should have its own control panel such that what will be required will be just the base mounting and the supply of air and water only.
