Delivery: First Delivery immediately to Port Brake, Germany
Payment: TT or MT103 against documents port Brake
Guarantee for Payment: Bank Guarantee; Irrevocable, Transferable, Assigneable,
Divisible with value of one month delivery
Procedures :
1) Seller issues and sends FCO and Draft Contract;
2) Buyer returns FCO signed and sealed (on each page);
3) Buyer sends BCL with confirmation his pay abbility
4) Seller sends POP
5) Buyer returns contract and Seller sends the performance bond
6) the contract will be release according to payment conditions, which will be arrange in contract.
