PROCEDURE FORM BUYER

1. Buyer sends ICPO

2. Seller sends Draft Contract

3. Buyer and Seller after agreeing on amendments both sign off on the SPA and lodge them in their respective banks

4. Seller gives the buyer written authorization to send/hire SGS to go physically into the seller's warehouse to test (Q+Q) a minimum of 12, 500/25, 000 MT

5. After confirmation by SGS (48 hours) of the tested sugar buyer's bank issues a one month SBLC for a 13 month term within 5 banking days of the confirmation of the SGS Report

6. Loading commences on the receipt and confirmation of buyer's SBLC

7. Payment is made for each loaded vessel within 48 hours to the title holder's account upon presentation and confirmation of the agreed shipping documents.
