RFQ Details

Dear Sir, Madam,

We are the direct buyers of sugar.

We need the following from you.

In order to start a ordering -. purchase procedure, we need copies of the following documents -/ certificates:-

1) The Invoice of a Shipment of a earlier transaction from the Producers;

2) The Bill of Lading of the same transaction on the original Shipping company;

3) The full specifications of the same transaction;

4) These documents -/ certificates must be off course on the Producers letter headed paper, certified -and Company stamped by the Producers.


Please take notice:-

A) All documents -/ certificates shall be verified by Haim Bar and his team that the Producers and the transaction are genuine;

B) Haim Bar signs the contracts and he will do the negotiations and contracts -- only -- with the genuine Producers of the sugar;

C) The contracts shall be signed in the offices of the Producers;

D) A first trial shipment of 12, 500Mt is requested;

E) Upon acceptance of the shipment at an Israeli port, a contract for one ( 1 ) year with extensions shall be signed.
