Dear Tuna Buyers / Importers We are a group of five associated companies, specializing in catching fish and seafood, especially, Big-eye Tuna, Yellow Fin Tuna, Swordfish, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Albacore Tuna, Sailfish. Our catching process is conducted by five big Japanese Longliners on a Sashimi grade technological chain. The fleet consists of modern universal catching-processing vessels, making super frozen Shasimi grade Tuna products by minus 60 Celsius degree. We are a team with many years experience in fishing. Currently, we expand on processing Sashimi grade Tuna products with ultra low temperature technology (minus 60 Celsius degree). Yellow Fin Tuna and Big-eye Tuna will be processed in various kinds, such as: loin, block, saku, steak with four grades of quality: SA, A, B and C. We also process Albacore Tuna, Blue, Black Marlin, Sail Fish and Mahi Mahi with IVP or pack in accordance with customer's request. Also we are packing Canned Tuna, Skipjack, Frozen Cobia. Besides investing high-tech hardware, in catching, processing and quality control, we also focus on our human resource. The two processing plants have been operated by an experienced management team, granted EU approval code DL245 and DH246. In the production, highest attention has been given to the application of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). We also have obtained the ISO 9001:2000 and HALAL certificate We commit to supply consistently Sashimi grade Tuna products with excellent quality to EU, US and Japanese market
