Inspection: By SGS or Equivalent

Delivery: about 30 days after confirmation of L/C in Seller Bank for first shipment of 50000 MT
Price: US $/MT C&F CHINA PORT TO BE REVISED EVERY SHIPMENT
PAYMENT TERMS:
BY WAY OF A IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT ISSUED AND CONFIRMED BY ONE OF THE TOP 25 BANKS OF THE WORLD PAYABLE 100 % AT SIGHT.
