RFQ Details

We at Sonnie Foods produce Premium quality of different types of Masala [Indian Curry Powder.]

Our products have rich heritage & the recipe is inherited from the family.
The spices & condiments are very carefully picked up from original sources or from reliable suppliers & are of highest quality.

The condiments are then cleaned under strict supervision & hygienic conditions. The ingredients are Coriander, Chilly, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, star Anise, Black peppr, Turmeric, dry coconut, cumin seeds stone flower, bay leaves, Asafetida, shah jeera[caraway] Garlic salt etc.

Later these are either roasted or fried & after correct blending of different spices is ground in a hammer mill. The hammer Mill consists of forged steel hammers & it also consists of a blower hat cools the powder to retain the delicious aroma of the blended powder.

After the masalas are ground they are transferred for packing in the latest Form Fill machine. Strict hygienic conditions are maintained at our plant.
Each batch of masala is sent to M/s TUV a laboratory with German collaboration having latest equipments for testing various parameters as suggested by the Spice Board of India.
These tests include the Crude Fiber contents/ ash/ether/lead Non volatile oil.

At the moment we have attractive packing packing of 100 Gms. However we also supply in bulk bulk packaging of any desired quantity.

We can also produce these products for our clients who wish to market these products under their own brand name, the minimum quantity will be 1 ton, & the cost of packaging will be borne by them. We will however assist them in getting the packets printed after receiving the artwork.

At the moment we have a manufacturing capacity of One ton per eight hour shift.
