Series YEJ brake motor is a full enclosed,salf-fan,cool,cage type one with additional disk xxxxx brake,simple in structure,high in reliability and wide in xxxxx,the brake is equipped with manual releasing gear,The motor is widly used in all kinds of the mechnical equipment and driving devices which to be stopped rapidly and located accurately.
The xxxxx disk brake is installed on the end cover of the non-shaft-estension side.When the brake motor is xxxxx brake will also work simultaneously.Due to the action of electromag-netic suction,the electricmagnetic iron attracts the armature and compress the spring,at this time,the brake diskdeclutches from armature end cover,then the motor starts running.When the power cuts off,the electromagnetic iron of the brake loses the electromagnetic suction and the spring pushes the armature to the press the brake disk tightly,Under the action of the frictional torque,the motor will immediately stop.
We also produce the corresponding YDEJ brake two speed brake motor which are homologous with all kinds YEJ brake motor
The power used for the brake is supplied by the ballast in the connection box of motor.3000V and below is xxxxx 220V xxxxx.-99V;4000V and above is xxxxx 380V-xxxxx 170V
