T-Shirt Manufacturers in Eastern Europe (small quantity)

We would like to offer high quality t-shirts in different sizes, formen in S, M, L and XL for women XS, S and M. So for every t-shirt styleI would need at least 7 sizes.
On the t-shirts I would like to have screenprints and maybe on somedigital photo print, if that is possible. The hangtags, the tag in theback and preferrably also the tag on the side with the fabricinformations would need to be customised.

There will be approximately 6 different designs which also need to be in different colours.

If you could supply us with some information about the following, it would be greatly appreciated:
- minimum order per size, per design/colour
- possibility of different t-shirt colours
- organic cotton, fair trade, sweat shop free
- shipping prices and duration
- reorder - time until arriving
- approx. Price per t-shirt
- possibility of customised cutting patterns/sizes?
