RFQ Details

we are looking for a supplier of thermally stable (up to 1200 centigades) polycrystalline diamond composite cylinders. The impact strength and fracture toughness need to be exceptionally high.

Before we consider testing we would like to have a formal statement of the type and amount of impurities in your polycrystalline diamond products (spectral analysis).

The dimensions we are looking for are:

- diameter x length 8 x 16 mm, semi-spherical shape at one end, or

- diameter x length 10 x 20 mm, semi-spherical shape at one end

After receiving the spectral analysis and fracture toughness/impact strength information and favourable evaluation we would like to order 5 samples of the above. Please tell us price and delivery terms.

Moreover, we need also a budget quotation for 10.000 as well as 100.000 pieces.

We are selling these cylinders made of WC-Co in quantities far beyond 1.000.000 pieces per year. We need to replace a certain percentage of the above by thermally stable diamond composite tools.
