The tilting hanger turns the mould 90 in the air ,demiulds the blank and puts it on the cutting table together with the side plate .The blank on the cutting table is cut by the longitudinal cutting device through the motor and its own running. After completion and running at the pause position,the blank is cut horizontally by the cross cutting device when it is driven by the motor to the center of the blank.The cross cutting holder drops and cuts vertically form up to down until it is reset upward.
