To purchase pp molded caps for tubes

I am interested to purchase pp caps for small sized tubes to be filled cosmetic stuff etc;. We require these pp molded caps in millions on regular basis on from China. The single cap has weight half gram only. These caps have deep screwed on one side and also have a slim needle/nozel type stick inside on the other side of these caps. Please give us price per thousand in US $. Packings and weight of a full sized carton (Please also clarify total number of caps in one carton). Mode of payment must also be advised. Time of delivery upto Lahore, Pakistan is essential to be sent alongwith your offer price. We would also be pleased if the fare upto Lahore is advised us so that we can be in better position to assess the real price of these caps.
