I'm in communication with several large manufacturing companies in regards to my brand in China, I only want to do business exclusively with one large company, I want a them to be my business partner for life as well, I do all the advertising on TV in the USA so just like my brand the quality is very important to me.
My proposal as far as business is to set up the way as a partner I would share the profit I make with the manufacturers I pick in China, all in a legal and binding contract in force in the USA. another words the company I like to form partnership with must sell me all I need with a very low markup and barely above at cost, in return I'll share a large percent of my net profit in the USA, this is a great opportunity for a mutual growth.
At this time your market is not growing simply because everyone is bringing a few pieces because of the laws within the USA, I'm introducing my own brand and planning of becoming as famous as branded or branded. I will sell nothing cheap, my designs must have the quality and if I may explain this to you if I order some belts, I'll sell each belt with my logo for $99 dollars. now assume I buy the belt from you at a price we agree on like $8 or $10 my net profit after paying the advertising and over heads is $60, depending on how much above your cost you ship my merchandise you will receive a percentage, even as much as %50, all depending on how you will treat me on pricing your goods.
We could even hire an attorney to drew the partnership contract. I think that is the only way both can grow :-) You will be a success in China and will be a partner in my designing CO within the USA, plz let me know if you have any questions regarding this, once I get the basic OK from the right ***** China then hopefully within two or three weeks I'll come there with my business plan and income projection to meet,
