RFQ Details

We manufacture 500 KWH, 1MW, 1.5 MW, 2MW units gasifiers for agricultural waste that need 16% moisture when entering the agricultural waste into the gasifier with a size not larger than 2" per side, to produce electricity.

We are just getting into America and we have potential customers in the Caribbean region and Central America.

Most of the agricultural waste has more than 16% moisture (except rice waste) and we need to reduce their moisture to 16% in order to obtain the most efficiency of the gasifier.

The most common wastes are: african palm bunches, coconut shells, bagasse (from sugar cane). Average moisture between 35 to 50 %.

For a 500 KWH unit we use 1, 650 to 2, 000 lbs./ hour of feedstock. Take this as model.

Our gasifiers work 24 hours per day, 330 days per year.

We want to know the energy balance and prices of your tray dryers or tunnel dryers.
