Tubular Cooler is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system. The function is to help clinker (1000~1200degree) to have fully heat exchanges with air thought rotation of the shell body.

In this way, clinker could be cooled down below 200degreefor upgrading. The air after cooling is reused as the secondary circulating air. So, the heat efficiency could also be raised up. Characteristics of tubular cooler are simple structure, efficient operation & convent maintaining etc.
