RFQ Details

Hello,
We are tyre recycling company "Antrinis perdirbimas" located in Lithuania and we are looking for the used tyres recycling machinery lines.
First line should be secondhand machinery, which contains:
1. Tyre cord separator
2. Tyre shredder in 20 cm dimension chips
3. tyre shredder in 5 cm chips
4. tyre shredder in 1.5 cm chips
5. tyre grinder (0.5-2 mm)
6. tyre mill or press (to press 2mm tyre chips)
The machinery should be available to recycle 100 tons of used tyres monthly.

Another line should be new and made in EU. It should contain:
7. Tyre cord separator
8. Tyre shredder in 20 cm dimension chips
9. tyre shredder in 5 cm chips
10. tyre shredder in 1.5 cm chips
11. tyre grinder (0.5-2 mm)
12. tyre mill or press (to press 2mm tyre chips)
The machinery should be available to recycle 3000 tons of used tyres per year.

The machinery should be mechanical, tooling.
