We are a developer and do over 4, 500 units(apartments and houses, student beds) a year, ontop of which we do hotels, aparthotels, commercial buildings, shopping centres. We own and retain all of our property and currently have a portfolio worth approx 2.3 Billion pounds.

Judging by new UK regulations we are looking for the right partners for the supply of UK specification HRV units. Both for ourselves and to supply to the market.
