Dear Madame, dear Sir,

My name is Rowdy Tehupuring, I live in Holland and our company acts like an international facilitator between buyers and sellers in the international arena of commodities.

We try to find a healthy balance between supply and demand. We prefer to work with direct-suppliers (end-sellers) and direct-users (end-buyers) only; sometimes we agree working with mandate-holders as well. We try to avoid working with agents from mandate-holders, because we've experienced that these chains of brokers will mostly lead to nowhere.

Our core business is Metal Scrap (HMS 1, HMS 1&2, Used Rails), but from time to time we deal with other commodities as well. We are currently looking URGENTLY(!) for a reliable supplier for some of our customers who are seriousely interested in Russian D2 Gasoil.

Our clients are interested in large quantities per month (annual contract). How big is your stock? We are direct to the buyer, the buyer is willing to conclude this deal a.s.a.p. due to NON-PERFORMANCE from other suppliers.

Can you send me your soft offer, including your payment-terms and your procedures for the following quantities?

* 1.000.000MT/month (annual contract)
* 10.000.000MT/month (annual contract)

Target-price for the above quantities is USD$ 370, -/MT. Over-pricing is required (50:50 share).
