Greeting!

We have discussed more than two months about purchase the fuel oil M100. We hope you know that why China Company would purchase the Fuel Oil from the intermediate Company. Because China Government have the very strict stipulate for the China Oil Company, and these condition cant be accept by Russia Company. Otherwise China Company can trade with Russia Company directly.

The China Company based condition are:

A. Payment term : Monthly Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) on unloading documents and SGS/CIQ report as discharge port.

B. The Buyer can provide the irrevocable and (non transferable) no revolving documentary L/C, after received the 2% PERFORMANCE BOND of Sellers provided.

C. The first contracts quantity are 50, 000MT for try.
