RFQ Details

We need below wafers.

1. Brand new Wafer: Solar grade new wafers ) 5 inch and 6 inch respectively.( A great

> amount of stable supply is good) Sample testing is needed. For more

> details, please refer to the attachment.(Spec is shown in the

> attachment). For 5 inch wafers, we need only mono crystalline ones. Regarding 6 in wafers, mono and poly crystalline ones are both required.

> xxxxx Scraped wafers/dummy wafers/broken xxxxx A great amount and

> stable supply is a requsted. Sample testing is needed.

Scraped/Broken/Dummy GaAs wafer : Resistivity is nor a concern.

Scraped/Broken/Dummy Silicon wafer:

P type: resistivity over 0.5 ohms cm



N type: resistivity over 10 ohms cm



xxxxx Solar grade Ingot needed. A great amount of Ingots and stable

supply is a ok.Sample testing is needed.
