Dear Sirs,

We would like to introduce our organization - a leading Consulting company in the fields of Economic, Commercial, Environmental, Human Resources Development, Managements, Industrial, Feasibility Studies in Kuwait.

One of our potential clients wanted to establish Effluent Treatment Plant in Kuwait with as a Joint Venture Partner with a foreign company who can design, supply, construct an operate such plant in Kuwait. Our client will arrange necessary Land and Licenses, Approval from Environmental Authority will also enter agreement with the Govt. (PUBLIC AUTHORITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS) to perform Effluent Treatment services. You will share the net profit with our client as per the joint venture agreement. There is very good prospect of such plants.

As a consultanting firm, we will not engage with operation of the plant, we will arrange jont venture agreement (between your cmpany and our client) and contract in favoure of the joint venture from the PUBLIC AUTHORITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS (a Govt. Organization) and we will only charge you our consulting fee and cost of arranging such contracts which we will negotiate upon getting your positive response and knowing your interest.
