Yolla Foods (Pty) Ltd is a member of PremiLux Holdings (Pty) Ltd operating from Sandton, Johannesburg in South Africa. In my capacity as the Chief Executive Officer I hereby wish to state and present that it is our intention to purchase an initial consignment of 2000 tons/month of Sunflower Oil in 2 litre pet bottling packaging.

We therefore confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the said commodity as per our specifications illustrated in the attached addendum and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.

This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility of the above.
