RFQ Details

I need to purchase three Cranes. Cranes shall be of the traveling port jib type fitted with balanced level lifting gear and having separate motor and drives for hoisting, slewing, lifting to traveling motions. They shall be specially selected and designed as necessary for working in worst climatic conditions and shall be having the following performance. Working load at (24 m) radius, 3 tons of tests loads (dynamic and static) 50%, 4-5 ton of full load, maximum working radius 24 m, minimum working radius 7 m, height of lift above rail level 21 m, depth of lower below rail level 15 m, over all height of lift 36 m, cabin tail radius not to exceed 4 m, center of track rails 4.572 m, distance above track corresponding to the Iraqi republican railways profile (standard gauge) width 3.15 m, height: 4.877 m 2. Working speeds - hoisting speed 60 m/min - lifting speed 36 m/min - slewing speed 1.8 rpm - traveling speed 18 m/min. 3. The tenders shall state the following: Safe working loads to 3% error, maximum wheel loading with and without the maximum wind specified, in any case the maximum individual wheel load shall not exceed 20 tons. 4. The cranes shall be designed and constructed in accordance with British standards or any equal national standards for all parts of equipments. 5. The electrical machinery shall be suitable for working on the existing electrical supply system of 380-400 volts, 3 phases 50 hz a.c. supply. 6. All cranes operating cabins shall be air conditioned. 7. which ever system is proposed for level-lifting movement, it shall be operated by means of special machinery with its own motor and controller, designed and constructed in such a way that the jib which is to be balanced is held with great security and always will be prevented from going too far in either directors beside an electro magnetic sustaining brake, this gear shall also be provided with automatic safety switch and spring buffers.
