POLYPROPYLENE SACKS (SUGAR BAGS)
Bag is to be of woven white polypropylene, with the standard GUYSUCO logo, printed in
GREEN and YELLOW.
And the following wording (all centered except for batch #s):

Batch #: alphanumeric (In black 15 mm at bottom left of bag) for every 10 000 bags.
Bag is to contain a liner and capable of withstanding when filled, a free fall drop of 15 feet
on to concrete floor without bursting, and which can be stitched by an Industrial-type
sewing machine without failing at the stitch.
Outer bag surface to be of a somewhat ROUGHENED texture.
Overall Dimension: 23.5 inches wide by 38 inches long, of Tubular construction,
DOUBLE-STITCHED at the bottom.
WEAVE: 12 tapes (Horizontal Weft) by 10 tapes (vertical warp) per inch. Tapes to be
50-60 microns (0.05-0.06mm) thick polypropylene and 2.5 mm width.

LINERS: Should be at least 50 microns thick new natural colour linear low-density
polyethylene (LLDPE), stitched in at the bottom of the bag, and cuffed at the top.
The liner dimension should be one inch wider and 3 inches longer than the
polypropylene bag ***** 24.5 inches wide and 41 inches long. The liner should be of consistent
thickness, and free from localized weaknesses, striations.
