We wish to purchase MTNs under the following:

Euorpean AA S&P rated banks
*****% at 88 or better
We will unconditional prove funds through our Euroclear account once see proof of ownership and authorization to sell. We are a major Wall Street firn and can tranche up to 4B per week as we seek large contracts. Upon proof of ownership and authorization, we will then issua a legally registered, CEO endorsed and notarized contract with funds in place to purchase.
