RFQ Details

Dear Sir

We are in the market for a turn key solution for a water treatment and filling plant in ***** is our intention to produce in the first phase :0.6l(600ml);1.5l(1500ml);19l.We would like to get a quotation for:

-Water treatment for sea water capacity 10000ltr/hrs

-5000 Bottels/Hour drinking water filling line, 600ml/1500ml (0.6l, 1.5l)

-PET preform injector and bottle blow moulding machine for 5 galon, 600ml, 1500ml

-300 Barrels/Hour drinking water filling line, 5-Gallon (19l)

-Decaper and external washing machine

-Labelling machine


Is a single blow moulding machine capable of supporting all our requirement?if not, please quote us for an additional blow moulding machine for 0.6l & 1.5l and a complete filling line ***** we add more sizes in the future?


-We do not have any shape in mind for the bottles a standard shape will do for the mean time.

-If one line supports all sizes it will not be necessary to fill bottles and barrels at the same time.

-We will be transforming sea water into drinking water.

-Conveyor belt:which machines exactly are connected by the conveyor belt?

-Manpower:how many people does it take to operate this plant?

-Timing:whats the maximum number of hours the system can work without interuption?whats the period necessary for rest/cool down?

-Spare parts:Please also provide us with a recommended parts list.

-We will be ordering a spare system in case of breakdown to insure uninterupted production.

-Please provide us with the schematics for the whole line with the dimensions.

-What should be the capacity of the storage tanks?

-Is the equipment ISO approved or does it have any other standard rating?

Basically we are looking for a turn key solution.

A primary proposal from your side should get us started with negotiations to get a clearer picture.
