We are urgently looking for Wax Ribbons - Resin Ribbons and Wax-Resin Ribbons for using variable numbers printing with barcode printers on several kind of label printing.

In this regards we are looking for making business with serious and very competitive ribbon producer company for a long time because our usage is very high as you may see in below;


Resin Ribbon; 200.000m2 /year
Wax Resin Ribbon; 250.000m2 / year
Wax Ribbon; 90.000m2/year

Let me to describe you the specifications of ribbons;

1) WAX RIBBON:
Normal and Thermal Transfer papers, suitable for Flat-Head printers
Printing Speed: 300mm / second
Melting degree: 65 C degree
Available to Printing on: Vellum, Thermo transfer papers, Chromo luxury papers.
Ribbon mixture: Carbon, some chemicals, resin, wax (easily melting with low temperature).
Because of easily melting specialty, the mixture is as %98 wax and %2 resins.

2) WAX RESIN RIBBON:
Printing Speed: 250mm / second (Depend on printing material)
Melting Degree: 75 C degree
Available to Printing on: Thermo transfer papers, Chromo luxury papers, PE, PVC, PET, PET and Polyester foils.
Additional specialty: 90 degree rotated barcode.
Ribbon mixture : Carbon, some chemicals, Wax + Resin (Because of not to melt easily %30 wax +%70 resin or %50 wax + %50 resin )

3) RESIN RIBBON:
Printing Speed: 200mm/second
Melting Degree: 80 degree C
Available to Printing on: PE, PP, PVC, PET, Polyester folio
Endurance: Sea water, Air effects, UV durable
Ribbon mixture: Carbon, some chemicals and resin (hard melting using high temperature for melting).
%98 resin -%2 wax (generally using for industrial)
For Textile printings, resin ribbon is lasting in heavy washing conditions and lasting in chemical effects and outside conditions at synthetic materials. It does not remove even alcohol tests.
