1. At least seven samples each specified by number and the results of each should be reported clearly in the specified column (or space) accordingly.
2. Test report must conform to and cover all the tests mentioned in the appropriate standard(s) and drawing(s). (it is appropriated if test item numbers are mentioned and the relevant standard wordings are used).
3. Test reports must be signed and sealed on manufacturers letter-head papers and dated as well.
4. ***** (Bill of material) must be reported and should contain all the materials to be used. Chemical compositions and mechanical properties are required for metallic materials. For polymeric materials, the Data sheet is required.
5. All the measured figures and evidences should be reported and avoid using the words: yes, Ok, Passed
6. Test reports must contain Dimension Reports and the relative drawings should be numbered accordingly.
