Buyer Information

RFQ Details

We purchase all quantities of D2 and Jet Fuel, in Rdam, Spore, and Houston, as well as all quantities of ULSD in the US Gulf only. We review the sellers offer/SCO, and validate them. If acceptable, we issue LOI./ICPO. We then receive CI.
We sign and return with the expectation of an immediate DTA.
We then dip, verify, and if acceptable, pay via MT 103 on all liftable quantities, and activate, at same time, a Non-Transferable RDLC on all remaining quantities.
VERY SIMPLE...and how legitimate fuel is bought.
