To Whom It May Concern:

I am currently trying to set up an invitation/greeting card business and wanted to get some information and quotes on your company. My main focus would be targeted towards designing Western invitations; however I am searching for a manufacturer. I understand that the quotes will range based on the material, type of printing, details, etc. However I was hoping to get a sample and a price of your cheapest card as well as your most expensive and what they entail.

In order for me to better understand what exactly your business does, would it be possible to get a list of services and prices that your company provides that pertains to the industry I am pursuing. A few details I would like to know would include:

v Cards: the size and cost of the invitation cards.
v Envelopes and the different sizes
v Printing costs including different types of ink
v Graphic printing costs
v Printing with glitter
v RSVP cards
v Printing Labels
v Accessories: bows, gemstones, tissue paper cover, etc.

Based on the services you provide I am hoping to create a long-term relationship, which would not only be a great benefit to me, but also to your company. I plan on starting my business at a very basic level and then expanding it within the next couple of years. I project my business to print an average of 50-100 invitations per order and have an estimated 15-20 orders per month; this number is expected to grow.
