RFQ Details

Compared with paint or plastic coating, hot galvanizing coating after hot dip galvanizing equipment processing has better protection effect on steel. During hot-dip galvanization, the zn diffuses with steel to form the ferrozn compound layer, that is, the alloy layer. Both the alloy layer and the steel and zinc are metallurgical bonding, stronger than the paint and steel bonding. The hot galvanized coating will not fall off after decades of exposure to the atmosphere.
When the galvanized layer has small crack or damage, the zinc can prevent the steel in the crack or damage from rusting, which is the advantage of the galvanized layer compared with other coatings. The zinc content of ferrozn alloy layer is more than 90%, which has the same electrochemical protection effect as zinc to steel. Moreover, the hardness of fe-zn alloy layer is higher than that of pure zn layer.
